I have a problem...

 

Yes. You read that correctly. I have a problem. A shopping problem. I need ALL of the things. I am a shopper. I cant help it. In my RL I am the type of person who will go shopping and pick up a few things, walk all around the store and by the time I get to the registers, my arms are empty because I have decided that I don't really need any of the things I liked. Wanting something and needing something are very different. I don't behave this way in SL.

  Now I do have a couple of rules for myself. I try to only buy things on sale. The reason is really selfish, if I buy sale stuff I can get more of it. I also try to not wear the same thing twice. Friends think this is ridiculous, and it very well may be...but if I wear my favorites all the time, then there is no point in buying the other things! So I try and make myself wear new things only. I have a "not yet worn" folder in my inventory and there is where I will choose my outfit for the day. I also change my outfit daily, sometimes more than once, depending on what happens that day.


 

I find myself wondering if there are other people like me. Completely opposite how you behave in RL? Now, my personality, likes, wants, needs and morals are all the same in both worlds, I am who I am and I am not RPing or playing a character. So please, tell me, are there parts of you in SL that are complete opposite your RL behavior?
